Newark Light Rail: Broad Street Extension Temporarily Discontinued - Weekend of June 17-18, 2017.
Trains will only operate between Grove Street and Bloomfield Avenue stations.
All day on Saturday and Sunday, June 17-18, NJ TRANSIT will perform necessary track maintenance work on the Newark Light Rail service.
During this time, light rail service on the Broad Street Extension (BSE) will be temporarily discontinued. Customers of BSE are advised to use local NJ TRANSIT bus service to reach their destination.
