NJ TRANSITâs Newark Light Rail system will perform necessary track maintenance work on the weekend of September 8-9 from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 8 and Sunday, Sept. 9 - 7 AM to 7:30 PM All trains will arrive on inbound platforms at Orange Street and Park Avenue stations. Outbound platforms will be closed.
IMPORTANT: All trains will operate on a modified Sunday schedule as follows:
Departing Grove Street: All trains will depart 10 minutes earlier than scheduled.
Departing Broad Street: All trains will depart 6 minutes later than scheduled.
