Newark Light Rail: Broad Street Extension Temporarily Discontinued due to Track Work - Weekends | November 10-11 to December 22-23, 2018
On weekends beginning November 10-11 and continuing through December 22-23, excluding Thanksgiving weekend (November 24-25), from 2 a.m. Saturdays to 3 a.m. Mondays, NJ TRANSIT will perform necessary track maintenance work on the Newark Light Rail system.
During this time, light rail service on the Broad Street Extension (BSE) will be temporarily discontinued. Customers using BSE are advised to use local NJ TRANSIT bus service to reach their destination.
